Where we ship

We currently ship across India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free on all orders across India — standard delivery, with no minimum order value.

Dispatch & delivery time

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

• Estimated delivery is 3–7 business days from dispatch, depending on your location; metro pincodes are usually faster.

• Orders are shipped through our logistics partner, Proship, and its courier network.

Tracking

Once your order ships, we'll send a tracking link by email, SMS and WhatsApp so you can follow it to your door.

Delays, addresses & serviceability

• Please provide a complete, accurate delivery address and phone number. We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect details.

• Delivery timelines may be affected by courier delays, weather, or other events beyond our control.

• Some pincodes may not be serviceable; if so, we'll contact you with options.
