What are your shipping charges?
Shipping is completely free on all orders across India. There is no minimum order value required.
How long will it take to get my order?

Processing: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays)

Delivery: Once dispatched, your package should arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location (metro locations are usually faster)

Can I track my order?
Yes! The exact moment your shipment leaves our fulfillment facility, we will send a live tracking link straight to you via email, and WhatsApp so you can follow its progress right to your door.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes, COD is available for all serviceable pin codes across India. Please note that a non-refundable COD handling fee of ₹149 applies per order and will be displayed during checkout. You can pay the delivery executive via cash or UPI.
Tip: You can switch a COD order to prepaid at any time before dispatch to have the ₹149 fee waived completely.
How do I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order free of charge anytime before it is dispatched. Please reach out immediately to our support team at help@shopbuilt.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91 91373 60276 with your Order ID. Once an item has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but you can utilize our free 14-day return policy upon receipt.
