Cancellation Policy

Cancelling your order

• You can cancel your order free of charge any time before it is dispatched. Contact us with your order ID at help@shopbuilt.com or on WhatsApp as soon as possible.

• Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled — you may refuse delivery or use the Returns & Exchange Policy after delivery.

• For prepaid orders cancelled before dispatch, a full refund is issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations by Built

We may cancel an order due to stock unavailability, pricing or listing errors, suspected fraud, or an undeliverable address. If we cancel a prepaid order, you receive a full refund. Repeated refusal of Cash on Delivery orders may lead to COD being disabled for your account.
