Yes, COD is available for all serviceable pin codes across India. Please note that a non-refundable COD handling fee of ₹149 applies per order and will be displayed during checkout. You can pay the delivery executive via cash or UPI.

Tip: You can switch a COD order to prepaid at any time before dispatch to have the ₹149 fee waived completely.

You can cancel your order free of charge anytime before it is dispatched. Once an item has been dispatched, it cannot be canceled, but you can utilize our free 14-day return policy upon receipt.

Our footwear lines, including the Built Court [V1 Edition] and Built Natural Movement Shoe [V1 Edition], are structured around standard UK sizing scales. We offer a comprehensive size range starting from UK 04 up to UK 11.

Our Natural Movement Shoe V1 line is intentionally built to promote a more natural biomechanical walking or running gait.

If you are moving away from traditional thick-soled shoes, we highly recommend transitioning to minimal or zero-drop shoes gradually. If you have structural foot or ankle issues, please consult a qualified healthcare professional about your individual biomechanical needs.

We want you to love how you move in your BUILT gear. We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for full refunds or seamless exchanges. Reverse pickup is 100% free—we cover the logistical costs completely.

• Apparel & Footwear: Items must be completely unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags firmly attached.

• The Shoe Box Rule: Footwear must be tried on a clean or carpeted indoor surface. Shoes showing physical creasing on the uppers or dirt marks on the soles cannot be accepted. They must also be handed back in their original, intact retail shoe box.

Once your return shipment reaches our center and passes its physical quality check (QC), approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

• Prepaid Orders: Processed back onto your original payment gateway method.

• COD Orders: Remitted securely via a bank account transfer or a UPI ID provided by you. (Note: Any paid COD handling fees of ₹149 are legally non-refundable ).

If your item arrives with a manufacturing issue or doesn't match what you ordered, please report it within 48 hours of delivery to help@shopbuilt.com or on WhatsApp. Provide your Order ID and clear photos (sharing an unboxing video helps us fast-track verification). We will arrange an immediate doorstep collection and send an express replacement or issue a full refund.
