These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of www.shopbuilt.com and any purchase you make from Built. By using the site or placing an order, you accept these Terms.

Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

Products, pricing & availability

We try to display products, colours and specifications as accurately as possible; actual colours and finishes may vary slightly due to screens, lighting and production batches.
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and the MRP is inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct pricing or description errors at any time.
If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

Orders & acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including for stock issues, suspected fraud, or pricing errors. A contract is formed only when we confirm dispatch.

Payments

We accept online payments via Razorpay (cards, UPI, net banking, wallets and EMI where available) and Cash on Delivery (see the COD Policy). You confirm that any payment details you provide are valid and your own.

Shipping, returns & cancellations

Delivery, returns, exchanges, refunds and cancellations are governed by our Shipping Policy, Returns, Refunds & Exchange Policy, and Cancellation Policy, which form part of these Terms.

Product information & health disclaimer

Content about our footwear — including any references to natural movement, barefoot or zero-drop design and their effects — is general educational information about footwear design and is not medical advice. It is not a diagnosis, treatment, cure or prevention of any condition. Transition to minimal or zero-drop footwear gradually, and consult a qualified healthcare professional about your individual needs.

Intellectual property

All content on the site — including the Built name, logos, product designs, images, text and graphics — is owned by or licensed to High Jump Retail Private Limited and may not be copied or used without our written permission.

Acceptable use & customer content

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or use it for unlawful purposes. If you submit reviews, photos or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it for marketing, and confirm it is your own and not unlawful.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The site and products are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Built is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.
