What is your return and exchange policy?

We want you to love how you move in your BUILT gear. We offer a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for full refunds or seamless exchanges. Reverse pickup is 100% free—we cover the logistical costs completely.

What condition must items be in for a return to be accepted?

  • Apparel & Footwear: Items must be completely unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags firmly attached.

  • The Shoe Box Rule: Footwear must be tried on a clean or carpeted indoor surface. Shoes showing physical creasing on the uppers or dirt marks on the soles cannot be accepted. They must also be handed back in their original, intact retail shoe box.

How long does it take to get my refund?

Once your return shipment reaches our center and passes its physical quality check (QC), approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Prepaid Orders: Processed back onto your original payment gateway method.

  • COD Orders: Remitted securely via a bank account transfer or a UPI ID provided by you. (Note: Any paid COD handling fees of ₹149 are legally non-refundable ).

What if I received a damaged or wrong item?

If your item arrives with a manufacturing issue or doesn't match what you ordered, please report it within 48 hours of delivery to help@shopbuilt.com or on WhatsApp. Provide your Order ID and clear photos (sharing an unboxing video helps us fast-track verification). We will arrange an immediate doorstep collection and send an express replacement or issue a full refund.
